Custom Products
We are delighted to accept orders for custom goods. Your order will be made to your specifications based on original designs for a unique hand-made item with no two items ever being exactly alike. We reserve the right to vary prices based on specially ordered materials and/or the complexity of your requirements. Rush orders will incur an extra charge.
All bespoke goods are made by us only upon confirmed receipt of your order. A 25% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the balance due upon delivery.
All items can be customised in almost endless ways, depending on what you want. See the individual item categories for some ideas, and call or email us to discuss what you’d like.
For delivery times, we take as long as is necessary to make it right; if it is not right we will not send your order. It will also depend on how many other orders are in the schedule ahead of you: all orders are met in the order we receive them unless you request a rush job. All items are made entirely by hand; our normal turnaround time for an order will be 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your specific requirements.
