How to Order
To order a product from the website, simply add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, and when you have finished click on Checkout to complete your order via the secure PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account to use this method.
We also accept cash, cheques and banker’s drafts for payment, in addition to credit/debit card payments via PayPal. Cheques should be made payable to C. Ruddick. Cheques normally take 3 to 5 working days to clear; we will not send any items until this is completed.
Please call or email us to place a custom order or discuss any specific requirements you may have. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case a full refund will be given.
Postage and Packing
All our prices include postage and packing for UK addresses. Items are sent Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you have a preferred alternative, please contact us. For all non-UK addresses, please contact us to agree a shipping method and cost.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Smart Bee product. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you will receive either an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:

Return the item within 30 days of receipt in as new condition for a replacement or refund. |

Damage due to abuse or negligence is not covered by this guarantee. |

Items that have been significantly personalised with initials, logos etc or otherwise customised are considered special order items and are excluded from this guarantee. |
The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer and the original postage will not be refunded.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us safely. We strongly advise returning goods via recorded delivery.
